Products sold ex warehouse in Goito (MN) or by freight collect, travel at the risk of the buyer, who bears the risk from the moment of delivery to the carrier.
Payments must be made at the place of issue of the invoice of Azichem S.r.l.; from the day following the due date set for payment, interest on arrears will accrue, in accordance with the law.
Azichem S.r.l. reserves ownership of the goods supplied until full payment of the relevant invoice, even in the event of subsequent transfer of the products supplied by the buyer to third parties.
The buyer is required to preliminarily verify the integrity of the packaging, suitability and conformity to the intended use of the products delivered; any non-conformities must be reported, by return receipt letter, before the use of the products and in any case no later than 8 (eight) days after the date of delivery; in the case of defects not immediately recognizable (hidden) the above period runs from the time of discovery and in any case may not be later than 3 months after delivery; the responsibility of Azichem S. r.l. shall be deemed as of now limited to the replacement of the goods or, at its discretion, to the withdrawal of the same at its own expense and the return of any fees received; any other liability of the seller or compensation for damages or payment of penalties is consequently excluded; the reporting of defects does not in any way give the buyer the right to suspend or delay payments, whether they relate to the supply under dispute or others.
Our offers do not imply the assumption of any commitment beyond what is provided for in these terms and conditions of sale, except as explicitly provided for in the text of the offers themselves; any form of technical assistance, written or verbal, offered and/or provided by Azichem S.r.I., regarding the use of the products, does not, however, exempt the buyer from his responsibilities in relation to what is specified in these terms and conditions of sale.
The obligations of Azichem S.r.l. are exhausted with the delivery to the buyer of the products ordered; with this the commitments attributable to Azichem S.r.l., are to be considered fully discharged.
The buyer undertakes to collect the products ordered within seven working days from the delivery date indicated; exceeding this deadline will entitle Azichem S.r.l. to issue a regular invoice and demand payment.
The delivery forecast is indicative in nature and is subject to all causes of force majeure and those not dependent on the will of Azichem S.r.l.; any exceeding of the agreed deadline beyond seven working days will give the buyer the right to terminate the contract, canceling his order, with the right to a refund of any sums advanced and without the right to compensation for any damages or payment of penalties.
For marketed and/or imported products, the delivery terms are to be understood as indicative and in any case subject to the availability of the Principal Houses and the state of supply in our warehouse.
Storage and preservation of the goods delivered, shall be in accordance with the indications for this purpose on the packages and/or on our data sheets.
In the absence of written acceptance and confirmation, the buyer's withdrawal of material shall be equivalent to the conclusion of the contract under the conditions described herein.
For any dispute, Italian law shall apply and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Mantua is acknowledged.

Information and data on product characteristics and technical specifications are binding to the extent that such specifications are expressly referred to in the contract. Azichem reserves the right to make any changes to the products that, without altering their essential characteristics, it deems appropriate. Given the extreme variability of the conditions of application and use, the information given is in any case indicative in nature; the user is therefore required to preliminarily and personally test the products to verify their suitability with respect to the intended use.
