Readymesh PF
The addition of Readymesh PF to the mixture gives the concrete and the resulting manufacture a greater resistance to the forces of traction/bending, reduces the risk of breakage and "spalling" of the concrete component in the corners and edges, drastically reduces the phenomenon of cracks due to shrinkage during the first hours of curing of the concrete.
The particular shape and consistency, allows Readymesh PF not to interfere with the process of mechanical floating typical of industrial floors made of concrete, thus allowing a good surface finish. In addition, the use of Readymesh PF instead of the traditional armour of steel is a great saving of costs of material and installation times (in addition to being lighter, environmentally friendly and safe than electrowelded mesh).
Fields of application
Industrial flooring, also in replacement of steel mesh. Prefabrication. Widespread three-dimensional high anisotropy reinforcement of concretes in general.
Mode of use
Add the fibres to the concrete during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the mixer truck at full speed, for at least one minute for each mยณ of concrete. The dosage, depending on the use, is normally included between 1 to 6 kg/mยณ In the case of industrial flooring.
Application methods
To be added to other components
