Squadretta con tasselli
The BRACKET in galvanised steel is used to fasten the ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA mesh where they overlap on the wall in the systems for preventing slab detachment. The dimensions of the bracket are calibrated on the openings of the ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA mesh, thus ensuring effective locking. The DOWEL is made of age-resistant nylon and can be used in a wide range of temperatures (from -40ยฐ C to +80ยฐ C). The expansion of the DOWEL when inserting the galvanised screw and the effective anti-rotation wing, which lock the dowel within the hole during installation, ensure a robust and tenacious seal, both on solid or concrete bricks and hollow bricks. The DOWEL accessory has a collar around the top that prevents the DOWEL from penetrating the hole. The galvanised screw offers excellent resistance to corrosion.

Fields of application
In preventing slab detachment, the BRACKET is a robust and economical fastening element in the ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA network in the RINFOR SYSTEM 1 and 2.
Allowed supports
Concrete
Cement-based or lime-based mortars
Wood
Bricks
Brickworks
Mode of use
Attach the ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA mesh in the area of overlap in the wall with the specific galvanised steel bracket with five holes, fastening by means of a nylon dowel and galvanised steel screw. The substrate must be dry to allow for an effective hold of the DOWEL. For clarification on the positioning of the BRACKET, see the drawings in our RINFOR SYSTEM 1 and 2 technical literature.
Application methods
To be added to other components
Apply by hand
Technical specifications
Alkali-resistant material
Consumption
At least one BRACKET every 50 centimetres or so, with two fastening DOWELS (see RINFOR SYSTEM 1 and 2 in our technical literature).
Storage and conservation
Avoid contact between the product and acid substances.
