    Fields of application

    Repair of crazing or cracks in concrete, restoration of integrity in degraded concrete, repair of breakages and pop-out phenomena in concrete.

    Slightly widen the crack with a circular saw to facilitate the penetration of Syntech Crack EP. Before applying the product, vacuum up the dust that has been created. The surface must be clean and free of dust or dirt.


    Mode of use

    Apply Syntech Crack EP directly on the crack or degraded area until the void is completely saturated. Add quartz directly on the crack and repeat the Syntech Crack EP application operation. Smooth with a spatula and let the product act. Once hardened, proceed to sanding the area of ​​intervention to make the repair uniform.

    Storage and conservation
    Store the product in its original packing, in a fresh and dry environment, avoiding frost and direct sunlight.
    Warnings

    • Do not apply on inadequately prepared and primed surfaces

    • Do not apply on dusty, weak, unstable and poorly cohesive surfaces

    • Do not use to seal dynamic cracks and crazing

    • Protect the product from water and atmospheric agents for the first 24 hours after application

    • Respect the mixing ratios, consumption and overcoating times indicated

    • Do not apply on damp surfaces or those subject to capillary rising damp

    • Do not dilute the product with solvents or water

    • The coating exposed to direct sunlight may undergo colour variations which, in any case, do not affect its technical performance.

    • The use of unsuitable thinners and those different from those indicated may create problems for the product both of an aesthetic nature (colour change, product sedimentation, variation in the degree of gloss, formation of surface haze, etc.) and in terms of technical performance. The use of incorrect thinners may also create problems during the application phase.
